Mikulski Homes take great pride in the homes we build. We have designed and/or built many different homes in the Portage County area. Generally, customers (people like you) give us an idea of exactly what they want and need in a new home, a price range and a time frame you want it built in. We then come up with some rough sketches, you aprove the sketches, we then turn the sketches into prints and get the exact price of the home.
Our prices are competitive with ALL builders that are building equal to our high standards. Even the "all foam builders" are only able to beat our prices by around 4%, which s less than the actual cost for building a superior structure.

Model homes are available for showing by appointment.
